With a vibrant aroma on the nose, bright and bursting with white grapefruit peel, brioche, honeysuckle & ginger, our “Grapefruit-cello” is complex with less sugar than some of the more traditional “cello’s”, allowing the bitterness & spice to play at the forefront - contrasting with the sweeter elements of the fruit itself. This gin is fantastic for sipping over ice, or served with a small splash of tonic. Garnish with orange peel. Delicious!
