Our new Distillery Creek Gin is named after an illicit distillery that operated near the Painkalac Creek in the late 1880s. It is told that the distillery grew crops of barley along the creek to supply the distillery. Our new gin doesn’t include barley but it does feature local botanicals including coastal tea tree, riberries from the lilly pilly, river mint & wild fennel.

Tasting note
Lovely orange aroma on the nose. Fresh bright gin. Orangey upfront, with a soft sweet herbal finish.

This gin has received great feedback from our customers in our Tasting room in Aireys and we are excited to extend it to now gin lovers across Australia!
