Our Gold Medal winning Distillery Creek Gin has been aged in ex Bourbon barrels, then we deliciously add in our Founder Ann’s mum Joanies Christmas cake into the mix! After maceration a sugar syrup is added to bring that touch of sweetness. It’s Christmas in a bottle. Perfect neat, or on ice. Served on Christmas Day with pudding, pav, or trifle!
