Our Christmas Gin Liqueur is made with our Gold Medal-winning Distillery Creek Gin, aged to perfection in ex-bourbon barrels before being infused with something truly special: Joanie’s Christmas cake. This cherished recipe, passed down from our founder Ann’s mum, is added directly into the gin, allowing its deep festive flavours to macerate and infuse beautifully. The final touch? A delicate sugar syrup to round out the spirit with just the right amount of sweetness. The result is a rich, nostalgic gin full of spiced fruit, oak, and warmth, perfect to sip neat, over ice, or as the ultimate Christmas Day pairing with pudding, pavlova, or trifle.
