Meet the Gin Maker - Siglo's Summer Gin Party

Join us on Saturday 1 February for a Gin Garden Party! Siglo are hosting four of their favourite distillers at our rooftop bar, including us, for an afternoon of gin-centric frivolity:

~ Andrew Marks from Melbourne Gin Co. (Upper Yarra)
~ Barney Flanders of Balcombe Gin (Mornington)
~ Ann Houlihan from Great Ocean Road Gin (Aireys Inlet)
~ Bill McHenry from McHenry Distillery (Port Arthur, Tasmania)

Each of them will mix a signature drink so you can sip whilst you learn.

European head chef Peter Sheldon will cure, souse and flambé some gin-inspired food to go with the drinks offer. Bring your friends, tickets to this party are certain to be snapped up quickly.
